I checked my bank account today and saw a charge:

Pending POS DEBIT CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT 8003888725 CA $12.95

I called the 800 number listed on the charge and the VERY UNHELPFUL lady was unable to refund the charge because I did not cancel the service I supposedly signed up for.

I called Chase Bank and they were unable to refund the amount ONLY because it is still pending. The lady I spoke to, Megan, said to call back once it clears and they can refund the charge.
