In October I received a free credit report from freecreditreport.com and never agreed to paying any charges of any kind. That month one of my credit cards was charged for $9.95 for what they claimed was credit monitoring services.

I called and they credited back my card with no questions asked. I again in November got another free credit report from the same company online, not realizing it was linked to the fraud Mni*creditreport.com. Once again, a different credit card has been charged $9.95 for the same claimed services.

My card will supposedly be credited back again, I do not understand how they legally can charge my card time and time again without even agreeing nor giving out my credit card information!

My credit union, Visions Federal Credit Union, stated that this was a fraud company and many reports are filed against them.

Why is there no action taken against them, suchas a lawsuit of some sort or a shutdown?
