NCO Financial Systems ripoff Pennsylvania Internet

I was contacted today by a Laurie Parsons of NCO Financial. She told me that a hosital bill was turned over to them for non-payment. I have the cashed checks I had sent to the Montgomery Regional Billing along with the taped phone conversation between myself and Ms. Parsons.

When I told Laurie to connect me with her supervisor, she refused. This I have recorded as well. I had to call three different times to get in touch with a Mr. Rick Robinson, who is supposedly Ms. Parsons' supervisor. When I fially spoke with him, I let him know that they, NCO, were now financially responsible for harassing me. He seemed a little concerned, rightfully so since I will be getting my constitutional attorneys involved.

I think it especially strange that they do not realize that when the answering service says that all calls are subject to monitoring or recording that they do not realize that the law states that as long as one member of the conversation is aware of the recording, that they are subject to monitoring or recording as well. They do and will now I hope.
