Transunion.com Security problems Internet

I tried to get a copy of my credit report by entering my social, my name, my address, my e-mail, my creditcard inforamtion, and then it ask my to input my user id and password which I did and I recieved a another womans credit report. I now have all this ladys information. I tried calling Transunion thinking they would be concerned and they did not care. I was shocked. I most have spoke to at least 9 different people, and they all had the same attitude. I ask about getting my 7.95 back because I don't want to pay for someone elses credit report I have no use for that, and they said no because I received a credit report. They stated that my password was something else and I put in this ladies password of 01taylor but my daughters name is taylor and that is what I usually use. I aske them if I put in the wrong password with my name and all my other information why didn't it say I was using the wrong password. they had no answer. I just want other people to know how easy it is to get someone eleses credit report which is crazy with all the idenity theft we have int his day in age.
