Look @ the response, then read my question. They don't even try to help. I called the 1-800 number and there is no option to speak to a human. They will only patch you through if you have a credit report #. My intitial Credit Report was a 3-in-1 report, with no # that transUnion would use. These people are scam artists and have no regard for correct reporting.

In September, I Requested an investigation concerning my credit report. Per your website, you were to send me the results of your investigation.I have received nothing! Since then, I was turned down for credit because of info reported on my credit report from TransUnion!
I requested for a credit report to be sent to my house and was told by your site that I would receive this report in 5 to 6 days. My request was 2 1/2 weeks ago!!
I want to know the following:
What are the results of my dispute from September?
When will I see my credit report that the law states that I am to receive?
What's happening with your website? If I am not to dispute or order credit reports online, why are you offering this service?
I want my credit report and to find out the results of my dispute!
Advise,
Dean DXXXXXXXXX
P.S. If you need more info, let me know
