I went online to their site to get a copy of my credit report through all 3 agencies, and after i paid for it they didnt give me my reports, so i called them for a refund, now almost 2 weeks later they are telling me they need me to fax my bank statement to them to show them i have not recieved the refund, and one of the reps hung up on me, they gave me a 1800 number for managerment and it is out of service,
