TrueCredit - TransUnion TrueCredit by TransUnion Paying for service but cannot access. Internet

My company has prepaid well over $10,000 to enroll thousands of our clients in this service of 3 in one monitoring. Now we are associated with this company who has no integrity whatsoever.

I am one of the main people responsible for assuring that our clients are set up with this service, I was supposed to be set up in June and still cannot access my account. They need to "verify my identity" but can only do so by asking me the month, date, and year that I signed up for an account that was opened about 6 years ago and closed about 4 years ago-Like anyone really remembers these things. One of the owners of the company that I work for, one of the people who paid thousands for this service was also signed up in June, still has not even received an email giving him information to set up his account. I have had many complaints from clients regarding them as well, and I hate to think how many clients haven't even talked to me about this.

Then to top it off I come on to post my rip off report, and come to find over 50 more, many with the same type of problems.

Our clients will be removed from their services and placed with a better company IMMEDIATELY!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!
