This company is indicating that they are providing information from what currently appears on all three credit agency reports. (Experian, Transunion and Equifax). They charge $14.95 a month to provide this service to you to allow access to your scores and/or reports daily.
I found this is not true. I contacted Equifax today questioning them why my credit score did not go up since I had just paid eleven (11) accounts in full. They indicated that truecredit did not have an accurate score and that I would have to purchase their program to see the correct rating. Of course I did, and the score was 36 points above that which truecredit is currently showing. I am not sure what type of partnership exists with these credit agencies, but it is sure a ripoff to indicate that you are providing 3 credit report and scores from the source.
I then called Experian to see if I could get an online report of my current score from them. I filled out the information the site indicated that I could not access the online site for my protection, indicating that I had answered a question incorrectly. I contacted them and they said I am sorry you cannot get your information online.
I then asked if I could purchase a copy and of course it will take 10 business days to arrive at $6.00. Knowing that the score will change even before I get a chance to look at the one being sent. I am truly perplexed as how these companies can get away with requring you to purchase additional score/reports when you should already have access to the current information.
