I can't believe I fell for this. I googled bankruptcy clicked onto several links and this is what I got.............American bankruptcy services. I called the toll free # "Greg" answered the line I asked what I could in my situation "Greg" told me about chapter 13 bankruptcy. So after we had haggled the details as he sounded truly concerned & assured me that he would take me through it step by step.I told him that I have lost everything in the last year due to a work injury,my home,credit and even pretty much sold everything to feed my kids and keep a roof over their heads. Maybe thats why he sent some paperwork, so he could say he tried. well now I'm out of money & time.
Well I told him I had to talk to my husband first and would call him back later. Later came I left a message & he called me back the same day from the (904) Florida #.
I had checked the BBB of California, no reports.I also checked the BBB's in Florida nothing. Because they changed their name again.......
I paid $199.00 through my checking acct. for an "emergency" BK. A couple of days went by, so I called again "Greg" called me back told me to look in my e-mail & follow the instructions. I also told him that I had a few items that wasn't on the credit report. So I E-mailed the changes 2 days nothing I really needed to get the paperwork in asap. I called Greg again every day for 3 days @ 7 to 10 times each day & e-mailed him also.Nothing!!!!!
So desperately trying to save my vehicle from the repo men I submitted the first forms without the changes.
Baaaaad Move!!!! not only am I out $199.00 but I am missing so many forms that the BK clerk said I probably need an attorney to fix the mess. also P. Fontalvo filled in the forms & I need an actual signature the BK court doesn't accept electronic signatures. Several phone calls again today.
I started checking the internet & found all of your stories like mine. Next time I'll pay my dues & stay local. I thought by not picking the cheapest service,checking the BBB, and calling directly that I would be o.k. WRONG!!!!!!So add me to your list, I'm quite sure there will be many more unless we stop them together.

reversed look-up of new phone# that "GREG" called me from.Why didn't it surprise me that I found 2 businesses for the same address
First rate websites & US bankruptcy centers for the same address.
also got e-mail tonight that says Greg has been sick for a few days.Well your telling me that someone couldn't pick-up the phone all WEEK or return my calls or even answer my Emails promptly?? Not good business in my book.
