AMMEND Credit Counseling - HSBC USA Ripoff Payment Made Payment not made Cincinatti Ohio

Credit issues forced me to use AMMEND Credit Couseling to control some debt. In the last six months 3 payments totalling over $350.00 was to be made to one of the creditors (Best Buy via HSBC USA).

You can only communicate with AMMEND through E mail and AMMEND states they have made the payments.

You can only communicate with HSBC via phone and they state they have not received the payments.

You cannot get these two together together to get resolution on payments that have supposed been made. Supposedly AMMEND faxes payment information to HSBC and HSBC never receives the fax.

Meanwhile, interest rates get raised, late payment fees get assessed, you are involuntarily taken off of the program, and I am out $350.00 which could have gone to making payments.
