Ammend Credit Counseling ripoff Internet

I have been signed up with this company since 2000. It has been terrible ever since!! Their customer service is beyond poor, can only be reached via email. The take mandatory $10.00 donations each month and claim this is for long distance postage and phone charges - however, they never contact your creditors. They will not allow you to send less to your creditors each month, even if account is paid down. Also, you have to email them 3 - 4 times with the same email before some reads your email and does not send an automated response. I am almost done with my bills and cannot wait to be beyond their reach - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!!!
