I'm curious as to how many disputes you have had, and from how many other credit card company's? This is a pretty bold statement to make about anyone without any details concerning your claim as most people would do.
My wife, and I have a personal credit card from Capital One for the past 10+ years, and I also have a business card with them for the past 6 years. In this time frame I had 4 merchant complaints, and my wife had 2. Each one of these complaints was handled in a timely manner, and in our favor within 60 days of our original complaints.
I have also misplaced my wallet 2 years ago, and received both new cards within 48 hours. The Better Business Bureau rates this company an A+. WWW.BBB.org. Out of the 8,800+ complaints made only 4 were unresolved. Maybe they found you in the wrong, and your just pissed. Seems being that you never gave details about your claim, I can only assume this. Get over it, and move on.
I stand behind Capital One as one of the BEST credid card companies in the industry, and I had most of them before I chose Cap1 as my only credit card.
