When i got my credit card i spoke to a american slaes rep. Now i have a dispute about a DIRECT TV RIPOFF and they keep sending me to india to talk to one of there dispute service i hade no problem doing that until the person i spoke to keep telling me after i gave about a min, of my disput to him to repeate myself so i repeate myself SIX TIMES to him and he can't understand me so i ask to please put me someone in AMERICA on the phone he tells me to call a direct line and gives me the 800 # and when a i call i get someone from india on the pnone i tell the lady this time please can i speake to someone in america she says sure hold on, and when i get a american on the phone they tell me that there dispute office is in india and she can't help me. That is bull crap i can't belive what america is becoming, are sodler are fighting for are freadom and when they get out of the arm force they wont have a job because all of are jobs are in india, that realy SUCK"S. also are American Car the Cameroe is not in american car is canadian, it's made in canada that is bull crap also. what is the pint in dieing for a cuntry that let s all this happen. My son is in the Marines and i wish he can get out.

 

I still love are troops to bad are country don't love them.

First thank your Son for his service as he may not hear it as much as he should but the people do support him.

As for your issue I have to say that it may not be a language barrier with the people in India.  Just in your report here it is very hard to read and understand what is going on.  If you talk like you write, I am not even sure if a person who speaks English would be able to help you.

Although if your dispute is with DirectTV charging you, even if you were able to put in your dispute it would probably be denied because DirectTV will claim you had a contract.  But if you do want to dispute it with your Credit Card you need to put that dispute in writing, all of the information on how to dispute it should be included in your monthly statement.  However, please have someone proof-read your dispute before you send it off.
