CASHNET.USA RIP OFF-NO GOOD CUT THROAT COMPANY Internet

I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with CASHNET USA AGAIN-EVER!!! I got a small loan from this company and like others time got hard and I too was unable to pay them back asap. I just had a baby and was on leave from work for two months. So I was at home with a new born and a 3 year old and no income comming in. DO YOU THINK THESE SHARKS, THESE SNAKES CARED!!! HELL NO!! I got call after call after call NONSTOP all times of night and day!!! Every person I spoke to was ALWAYS ALWAYS rude! I have never heard of a company having the most rudest people work for them.
I am a customer service rep, I have been one for over 3 years and when they spoke to me I CORRECTED THEM! I remember telling one person "This is not how you are to speak to a customer reguardless of their status with the company". Didn't matter.Next call was the same.
They called my job over and over and accused my co-workers of liying and demanded to speak to me! Again VERY POOR customer service! If I were the supervisor I would FIRE the WHOLE Customer Service team and thoughly train all new people because the people they have are of very poor quality and lack SEVERAL skills! And you know the bad part about it is I know I created a debt getting a loan through them and I know I have to pay it back, BUT if I have to go through the harrassment, the rudness, and the stress these people give-THEN PAY IT YOUR OWN DAMB SELF!!! I bet CASHNET would get a better return rate if they got ride of if not ALL the HALF the people working for them.
