Charles Glassner is a very dishonest man, do not trust him.  He promised to help fix my credit and add tradelines.   Said the process would take 30 days.  He charged me $1300 for everything.  Its has been 5 months and nothing has changed in my credit report and no tradelines added.  I've called him over and over and he does not answer the phone.
Do not fall for his "nice old man" role, he is a liar and scammer like everyone else out there.  Stay away from this guy he's very manipulative, he will fill your ear with lots of sad stories then take your cash and run.
