My household decided to check our credit report so that we can start getting our credit in better shape, we decided to use the so called "free credit report.com" yeah right!!! i thought i was getting a "free trial period" for 7 days but they tricked me and i ended up with a 25 dollar charge on my credit card for something i did not authorize, i called the so called "free credit report.com, and they told me that i didnt read everything correctly and I DID!! and it said nothing about 25 dollars at all!!

They also told me that they weren't going to give me my money back and that i had to write a letter to get my money back!!! and i told them that i wasn't gong to write a letter and that i was going to tell everyone that i knew what they did toe me and the lady who's name is jennifer and is supposedly a supervisor told me well then do it!! WHAT NERVE!! then they had the nerve to tell me that i was irate because i wanted my money back that was after the 3 call. and ms jennifer hung up in my face!!

i cannot believe this happened with their commercial claiming FREE it's a lie, false advertisement!!!! that was my last 25 dollars, i cannot believe they are doing this to people and we are in a recession. and seeing how other people are filing complaints they are doing this to a lot of people THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!! WITH THEIR SO CALLED JINGLE, THAT THE PEOPLE THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PAID FOR!!!
