I was using Consumer Direct site for a trial basis to try to find out what my credit report says about me.. They had 3 credit bureaus to do all for free for 30 days.. but they said for 7 days.. and I wrote to them wanting to cancel before the trial was over... and they said I didnt.. Well they took about $50.00 from my credit card and made me go in the whole... I didnt authorize them to take the money out of my card.. I did authorize them to cancel the trial with them cause I didnt need it anymore.. They ripped me off.. and I went to my credit card place where I do business and they did an investigation for me but didnt come up with anything. and it took them 2 months to do it. So I am hoping I will get my money back and they get whats coming to them or ripping off innocent people.
