1. Your role as a client: As a business credit coaching and financing company, our goal is to "COACH" you through the compliance and credit building process and introduce you to lenders. 2. Expectations of funding: Business credit is a vital part of helping your company obtain funding. In order to obtain funding you need to have two of the 4 C's (business credit history being the common denominator).
A. Credit history –Lenders will look at your business credit history. How has your business handled credit in the past?
B. Credit history- Lenders will look at your personal credit history. How you handled personal credit in the past.
C. Cash flow- Does your business have any verifiable revenue. If so, this dramatically helps your chances to obtaining financing without a personal guarantee.
D. Collateral- does your company have any collateral or assets? If so, this dramatically helps your chances to obtaining financing without a personal guarantee.
This means that you need to have good business credit history AND something else. Good business credit history is only PART of the funding process. In other words, don't fall for dishonest companies that tell you that having an 80 paydex score will magically open the bank vault to you. You MUST have another C for your company.
