Credit One Bank Credit One blocks Internet and Phone Options to create charges & fees, Internet

Credit One Bank is extremely creative at scamming you out of fees and charges. Once you register your account online their system recognizes your IP address. I'm not a computer expert but I began noticing this problem months ago. At first I believed their website was just experiencing problems. I called the number on the back of my credit card to make my monthly payment. The only option available was to make an express payment (even though my payment was in no danger of being late). The charge for the minimum express option is an additional $9.95. I experienced the same problem month after month.

I did a small test to substabtiate my claim; I tried to logon again with my personal computer and again I was blocked. I went next door to my friends house and was able to get in right away. If you're experiencing difficulty with their website it's not an acident, it's by design. They know you will be forced to call them at which time your only option (unless you want to spend hours on the phone arguing) is to pay the express payment fees. Your other option is to get hit with a $35.00 late fee. If you have a Credit One Credit Card and you can't get into their website be prepared to use different servers each month to avoid fees. They know sooner or later each IP address used for your account will be tagged and they will be able to collect the fees. Their customer service is non-existent; hopefully their game will be revealed soon by a governing agency.
