THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED..I SAW AD ON CRAIGSLIST AND PURCHASED 27 TRADELINES FROM CREDIT RESTORATION AMERICA, GUY NAME CHRIS ROBERTS ON SEPTEMBER. I DEPOSITED $6220 CASH TO HIS CREDIT RESTORATION AMERICA LLC ACCOUNT IN WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK. I HAVE ALL THE RECIEPT AND RECORDS THAT HE GOT THE MONEY EVEN HE STATED THAT FUNDS VERIFIED.. ABOUT 45DAYS AFTER I SENT HIM THE MONEY, I CALLED CHRIS AND ASKED HIM WHATS GOING ON WITH MY FILES? AND HE SAID HE MIXED UP WITH SOME GUY WHO DIDNT FULLY PAY HIM SO NONE OF MY TRADELINES POSTED...SO I WAITED ANOTHER 30DYAS AND I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID THAT HE HAD GUY WHO CAN POST TRADELINES SO HE SENT HIM MONEY BUT DIDNT HAPPEN YET.IT WAS END OF NOVEMBER.. I TOLD HIM I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND HE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY ME BACK SO JUST WAIT TILL DECEMBER AND HE WILL GIVE ME FULL REFUND.

SO I HAD BEEN WAITED FOR ANOTHER 20DAYS AND HE SENT ME EMAIL THAT ASKING IF YOU STILL NEED YOU TRADELINES, HE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME AGAIN!!! IM SAYING I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT HE STILL TELLING ME THAT HE WILL POST TRADELINES INSTEAD OF REFUND.

IM GATHERING ALL THE EVEIDENCE TO FILE CLAIMS ON THIS SCAMMER.COMPANY INFO

The conplaint by this customer was mostly valid. The lines have now posted for the customers he has provided me the information for. I posted 10 lines at a value of $6999.00. I no longer own this client any funds. Sometimes in business things do not go as planned, and orders get screwed up. I have made every attempt to work with this customer, but he has been very dificult to deal with. At this time I owe him nothing, and I have made good on his order.
