Debticated Consumer Counseling actually hurt our credit consumer rip-off fraud Huntington New York

In July 2002 we agreed to go with Debticated Consumer Counsiling to consolidate credit card debt used to start a business. A total of 5 credit cards were consolidated.

They did not receive agreements on proposals on all the accounts and did not respond when we ask them several times to try again. They did not make payments by the due dates that was given to them at the beginning. Our representive, Mr Frank Hirsh, would not return phone calls or try to offer any help. When we would call him all we would get was a run-around and he never even listened to the problem.

ix months later every account is higher than at the beginning, with the exception of one where we paid over $500. and it was reduced by $100.We tried in every way to work with these people. They promised that it would improve our Credit and it has hurt our credit and left us oweing more than we started out oweing.

We paid them $186.00 to start and about $30.00 every month and all they did was take our money and hurt our credit.I feel people should know how these kinds of services actually operate, they should not be allowed.
