EQUIFAX Won't Cancel Charge monthly fees months after canceling Atlanta Georgia

BE AWARE Equifax monthly charges after you cancel. They will continue to bill you each month, apologize profusely, and take 20+ days to refund or debit to your account. You receive a letter or email confirming cancelation, then they charge you the next month again. Then the next month again. Mean while they use your money for 3 weeks a month. Don't bother with a supervisor, they are more incompetent than the customer service representatives which all appear to be in Bangladesh. I am now seeking an attorney to contact them. My bank said I can cancel my debt card and then correct all the information that I pay other accounts with, after waiting 2 weeks for the new card. Watch your accunts with Equifax.
