Fintech Loan Modification Services TOTAL FRAUD BERNIE MADOFF ALL OVER!! Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

I was tring to help a friend in a upside down mortgage and behind on her payments. I contacted Fintech in Jan. 2009 to get her help modifing her mortgage. Paid the $995.00 fee and never get any services from them whatsoever. I contacted them in March to find out what progress had been made only to be told they had not heard back from the Mortgage Co. as of yet. So I decided to call the Mortgage Co. myself only to find out after talking to supervisor after supervisior that they had not heard of or talked to ANYONE from FINTECH Services. Afterward I called good old Joseph Funicella back only to find either a full mailbox and/or busy signal and later a non-working number.

I have made numerous attemps to contact them to no avail. I was able to work with the mortgage Co. direct and after several months get my friends loan modifed. That however does not get my fee, which I paid for her since she didn't have the funds back from this Great Company praying on people in a bad situation. I do intend on persuing any other avenues available to get some justice from this bogus outfit. They don't even deserve to be called a so-called company. 

Anyone with any further info on this outfit or suggestions on further avenues Please let me know. Thanks, Dum-founded in MD.
