Well hindsight is 20/20 isn't it. After falling for this risk free offer I filed a claim with Paypal only to be threatened with being sued and told they would contact my local police if I continued with this fraudulent activity. When I asked for a phone number and to speak to a manager all e mails ceased.

Paypal denied my claim as it was not a "good" which I understood and was willing to chalk it up to my error when I got the following lovely email from the GH company.

Subject: Fwd: Resolution of Buyer Complaint: Case #PP-377-724-403

As you can see from below, paypal did not believe
your false claim. We are forwarding a copy of this
email to your credit card bank in case you try
to lie to them also.

Making up false claims and words that don't
exist on a website is just like STEALING when
you are trying to get a refund. We will turn
this matter over to your local POLICE if
you continue down your path of false claims
with any other source or bank."

This is beyond unprofessional, please don't fall for this companies web site image of helping consumers, they do not care and only want your money!!
