I’m a loan officer in Phoenix area.
I’m not a customer of The Fulfillment Center. But my company recommended we try them out thru a local outfit here called Www.HigherCreditScore.co (not com). So I’ve referred two of my clients to them in Jan. By March both were calling me and complaining.
Seems that the letters that one couple was given had their names misspelled. Probably an easy thing to correct. The second couple had two credit accounts added to their letters that did not belong to them and were not even on their credit reports. That raised red flags to me.
The problem is they can’t seem to get the Fulfillment Center to send them corrected letters! They are already 3 months into a 12 month program and haven’t got their first letters sent! It seems these guys take the customers money and then take them for granted.
My guess, this is a little Mom and Pop credit repair shop that can’t really handle a very serious business. People are intrusting this company with $600 of their hard earned money and getting piss poor results. Hard to tell if it even works at all. Seems the owner has to write an awful lot of responses about how great he is. Just because someone has been in business a long time doesn’t attest to the fact that they do good business!
There are hundreds of credit repair companies out there. I’m sure at least a handful provides customer service and results. I’ll be looking for one of them.

We work with the most reputable companies in AZ. ALL of the mortgage companies we work with are satisfied with the Educational Program we teach. We have unbelievable results every single day come in to our processing centers from the FREE dispute system we allow our educational students to use.
I find it very disturbing that anyone can just leave a post like this, unnamed, and people actually believe it. Why don't you stand up and identify yourself and identify these pretend customers. We work extremely hard to ensure every customer is taken care of. Are we perfect....absolutely no....and we never will be. We assist in hands-on learning and simple mistakes can happen, human error always exist.......but if we find someone has had a mistake or a communication error.....we bend over backwards to make up for and extend their free process as long as it takes.
Now please.....identify yourself so we can legitimately resolve your real issue. I am not sure if you were hurt and let go by one of our referring companies and you are trying to find a way to lash out....but it isn't us who have hurt you. My direct line is 877-686-8406. We have thousands and thousands of results.......191,000 satisfied customers since 1999 and how many complaints can you dig up......now I see it is the SAME person making 3 of the same complaints.....so I really only have 7 complaints in 12 years! Where are the other 50, 100, 500, 1000 complaints I should have if people were really not receiving what I sell?
If you are reading this....think really seriously about what you are reading and where you are reading it. Want references.....call me....I have thousands of them.

This may be getting old for you but you are still not responding to the clients I referred to you. You want names and phone numbers, REALLY! They have left numerous messages for you personally, sent letters to your email address, spoken with Brian at Higher Credit Score and still ZERO RESPONSE FROM YOU!!!
You and your company are a shameful scam. These are honest people who gave you $600 and have gotten nothing except a very poorly written Ebook and NO SERVICE.
Take your whiny ass back inside your company and FIX THE PROBLEMS!!!

The best way for me to diffuse this complaintant is to simply be available to speak to him. Call me, email me, fax me......send me a smoke signal.....whatever you need to do to.....let's make it happen. This is the problem.....you will not identify yourself, or any of your supposed clients. I PERSONALLY answer any complaint and we have not had any complaints. You continually write a fictitious complaint here once a month. If you really have an honest complaint, I am here to help.
BTW - We do not sell credit repair or credit restoration.....we sell a Credit Educational Series with a product called the Credit BluePrint delivered to your email daily. We developed the Classroom Training Series as well to teach in the public the entire credit system with 4 tests and a final exam.
