Kimberly Credit Corporation ripoff, i gave them money upfront for service, they did nothing for me, and stole my money West Palm Beach Florida

I asked for help with my credit through Kimberly Credit. I went with them in good faith that they would help me. They asked for $418.00 dollars upfront as a down payment. They told me that they would be dealing with the creditors from that day forward.
And if the creditors called I was to tell them that I was working with a credit counseling company and redirect them to Kimberly Credit. The creditors kept calling and Kimberly Credit did nothing to help me. I decide to cancel my service with them and asked for my money back. This was over a months time.
I have called and called them for months. i have asked to speak with a manager and they would just give me to another representative or put me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes or just hang up on me. These were not free calls I have had to pay for the long distance.
They told me they could not refund my money cause I didnt complete the program. I asked for copies of these papers with my signatureon them. I was given the voice mail of the manager & was told he would call me back, but all he did was send me a letter.
I came to them with help and all they did was still from me. They should not be allowed to run a bussiness since they dont know how. They give other credit assistant companies a bad name. I will not do business with any of these companies. It even states on their letter head that they are a non-profit corporation, which is another lie.

Kimberly Credit Counseling has serviced over 50,000 clients since 1991. Kimberly Credit Counseling is a gold members of the Better Business Bureau and have no unanswered complaints.
Kimberly Credit has done some research and based on information from complaint we have no record of this client. They may be referring to Kimberly Credit Alliance which is a Georgia corporation and Kimberly Credit Counseling has filed legal action against for trademark infringement of their name.

I have been with Kimberly Credit for over two years now. I will agree that, in the beginning, the process was very frustrating. That, however, is largely due to the fact that the credit card companies did not wish to do business with Kimberly Credit. It actually took about 8 months for the entire process to be ironed out, but since that time I have had no problems whatsoever. In fact, any time I call with a question not only do they respond quickly but they do a review of my account. The last review resulted in one of my debtors knocking two hundred dollars off of my debt. I have heard (now) two complaints about this company, and I can attribute them to lack of patience or erroneously thinking that once you sign up with a debt consolidation company you never have to look at your credit card statements. Personally, I'd give Kimberly Credit 9 out of 10 stars and reccomend them to anyone looking to get out of debt.

I have been a client with Kimberly Credit Corporation (KCC) for several years now. I contacted them for help in consolidating my credit card debt because of their excellent reputation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The representative that I talked with was very nice and helpful in guiding me through the entire process. I did continue to receive some calls from representatives from Discover card after I started the program. However, once I got firm with them and stated that they had to talk with KCC about my account they stopped calling me.
KCC worked with the creditors and got my interest rates lowered and even set to 0% on one of the accounts. I have only one more payment to make to finish paying off all of the credit card debt and am very grateful for all of the help that I have received from KCC.
