I openened a new restaurant. I set up a account with Leaders. The gave me three rates of processing. 1.18 Qualified rate 1.74 Mid qualified rate and 4.99 Non qualified rate (Ryan moss salesman" This rate would only be used if was a non swiped transaction") Well guess which rate 95% of all my transactions are?? You guessed right 4.99%

Total Rip OFF!!!! They are trying to charge me a $350.00 dollar cancellation fee as well.. I havenot even recieved a statement from these people after being in buisiness for three months!!!

I will also file with BBB!

Leaders Merchant Services would like the opportunity to help this merchant, but unfortunately his complaint does not provide us enough information to locate his merchant account. We invite this merchant to contact Cindy Schwerdtfeger our Complaint Resolution Specialist @ 877-538-3377 to help him resolve this situation by cancelling out his merchant account and refunding any fees charged incorrectly, if any.
