PAYPAL BUYER CREDIT - GE MONEY BANK They are a ripoff and have very dishonest business practices El Paso Texas

I had a problem with an unknown person or persons gaining access to my bank account and credit accounts this past summer. I closed my bank account and opened a new account. Reported all my credit cards stolen and didn't have any problems with any of them except Paypal Buyer Credit. They charged me a returned check fee even though I advised them as to why the payment was returned.

I called them and I was told the charges would be reversed and of course they weren't. These fees have accrued over the months and I was informed by Paypal today that they will not refund returned check charges or any of the other charges that followed even though I paid the account in full this summer.

I refuse to pay for a charge that all the other credit cards waived or reimbursed me. This is ridiculous.

I was told by the so-called customer service people at PBC that Paypal didn't handle the payments that GE Money Bank did so I called them and they told me they didn't handle them that Paypal did.

I would advise people to stay as far away from this company as possible.
