Well, I sent all the information to them within the 90 days as required and they are denying receiving one part of the requirements! I sent them priority mail with a tracking number and they were delivered to the company. I didn't want to hear we didn't receive it in time. But here I sit waiting for my refund as they DID NOT help me what-so-ever! PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
THIS IS A BIG TIME SCAM!!

WE REALLY NEED TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE! UNREAL! They take advantage of people's desperation! They need to be closed so other people don't fall for their lie!!
