Company required up front fees, lied about sending faxes out on time, and failed to keep in contact with client. Failed to do any follow-up once information was submitted. Creditors were not provided with the contact phone numbers to prevent calling to clients. When I contacted Professional Business Solutions to cancel the contract, no refund was given, although they fail to
honor their end of the contact.
