In March of 2009 I attended a hotel sales presentation in Garden Grove, CA. Reluctantly I joined the program and agreed to monthly payments of $250.00, I paid a total of $1000.00 of the 1997.00 program fee. I attended a few "coaching" sessions where the only plans for debt reduction was for me to pay off 50% of my total debt so I could apply for a business credit card to use as working capital. I was instructed to indicate that my side business grossed over $250,000 per year to qualify.

I continued to make monthly payments through June of 2009 when they decided become an internet and phone based business, at which point I could not speak to anyone, contact would be over the phone or through e-mails. From July through Aug I left phone and e-mail messages attempting to get a refund. My calls and e-mails were never returned. In November I received a collection letter for $1667.69. So not only are they cheats but their math skills are questionable at best.

I have told the collection agency I do not intend to pay the balance and they stated they will report me to the credit agencies at which time I will dispute the claim. This company preys on people in tight spots and takes advantage of them,  I wish I had done some research before becoming involved with these scam artists.
