My grandson 14 years old, received this $500 free sunglasses card in the front of a snowboarding magazine, he used it to order a few sunglasses with permission to use our checking account to pay for shipping. Then we started to receive sunglasses every month with the shipping fee deducted from our account. Well in the fine print says if you order sunglasses you are automatically signed up to received these every month with shipping taken out of checking account. I called Red Star World Wear and told them we wanted to cancel, the girl said no probelm and gave me a cancelation number, and said to return the past 2 boxes of sunglasses we received and we would be refunded, putting the money back into our checking account. It has been 8 weeks and we have received not been refunded,i have tried to call them, but now they do not answer calls everything is automated and done through email, so you never get to talk to a person. This company is beyond ripoff it is highway robbery!

We finally received an refund for glasses returned 2/25/12, if you receive a $500 gift card to this sunglass company please read the fine print. It took almost 3 months for a refund, but they finally came through.
