I went to a web site for a free credit report.  On that day I was charged $1.00 and then $19.95.  On Feb. 6, 2012, I was again charged $19.95, all monies having been deducted directly from my bank account.  I never received a credit report.  When I called the company to determine why they were deducting money from my account, they stated I had signed up for the monthly service and would cancel and request a refund on my behalf.  They subsequently sent me an email yesterday stating they would refund the $1.00.  An email is sent with this email stating that the token refund was totally unacceptable and I want all monies returned.  Please HELP.
