sears mastercard/citibank has raised my apr from 12.83 to 25.33 on the last 6 months. i was not notified of the raise in march from 12.83 to 17.99

i m not sure of the other rate changes, the current one from 21.24 to 25.33 will take effect next month. i will opt out now.

i would have opted out back at 12.83 i would never have kept this card at this rate.

please help me get my rate lowered,i am an honest person just trying to pay off what i owe.
