Target Visa Retailers National Bank abused & mistreated Minneapolis Minnesota

After 4 years of having a Target card they switched me to a Target Visa. 1 1/2 years later we were late with a payment. The "lady" on the phone was very persistant for me to pay them immediately with a check over the phone. I could not do that. I told her we are refinancing our house and the whole amount would be paid.

She basically called me a liar and asked for my husband to call when he was home from work. Paid off the entire balance, (it was not a small sum) and forgot about it.
I received a copy of my credit report yesterday and on it (along with a "1" late) said the account was closed by grantor. I pulled out last months bill and nothing showed that the account had been closed.

So I called them today. The "lady" on the phone said that my account was closed by them. I have never been spoken to so rudely in all of my life. So in 5 1/2 years, I was late only once, they close my account and don't even have the guts to let me know???
I will NEVER shop at TARGET again. Bad business!!!!
