 This company looks legit, the website says they helped 180,000+ people.  I DOUBT IT!  I was fooled!  They took my money and now have basically disappeared.  I signed up June 2010 and was supposed to have received letters to send to the credit bureaus.  Never got 'em!  Don't bother calling them, waste of time.  No one answers the phone or returns messages.  And just try and complain or ask for help by email, might as well piss in the wind for all the good it will do you. 

I, too, filed a complaint with the BBB, have never heard a peep.  How do you get your money back from a company like this???

Thank you for providing a forum where both sides can actually be presented. This particular customer purchased our Credit Educational eBook Series sold to him by a former Independent Marketer in Washington State. This former Independent Marketer was part of a team led by Darren Peck. We terminated Darren Peck in December of 2010, and his entire marketing team was dissolved, which included Mark Serebrin, Ken Norton, Jennifer Johnson & Phil Manger. I have a dozen Independent Marketing Teams in Washington State and over the last several months they have been reporting to me very disturbing activity. Darren Peck, Mark Serebrin, & Phil Manger have started their own "Credit Repair" company, Safe Haven Credit, LLC, and have been soliciting every single customer they sold my Credit Educational Series to....and are asking them to complain or ask for their money back for poor customer service or lack of performance. When I first heard these complaints I was very concerned that there may be some kind of communications bgreakdown between the office and the customer.....and I have PERSONALLY been manning the Customer Service line for the last 2 months. We have received an average of 3 calls a week.....ALL from Darren Peck & Mark Serebrin's group complaining about what was explained above. Once I pulled their individual case file and reviewed with them what was really going on....and I informed them that this new credit repair company had been formed....they quickly read between the lines and are on board with us 100%. Unfortunately....this customer did not contact us to find out what was happening behind the scenes....and filed this report. Please take an opportunity to do your due diligence on my company. RipOffReport.com is only one source out of thousands.....check the BBB for my company rating...it is a B- and we do not even subscribe to them. We have been educating customers for 12 years now and to find complaints you can count on one hand in 12 years in business says something for our actual performance. They say the highest form of flattery is to mimic or copy someone....I consider it flattering that Darren, Mark, Jennifer, Ken & Phil are using my section 609 dispute findings to start their business. If this customer would like to call or email me I would love to speak with them and get to the truth. God Bless!

I don't have anything to do with your reps nor do I care what they did.  Frankly based on the service I have received (or total lack of!) I can understand why people would not want to work FOR you. My money was paid to you!  You have still not contacted me.  Based on what I read here and in the BBB reviews, it appears you have a total dis-regard for the people who purchase your program!

And by the way, your BBB RATING is a D- !!!

Thank you once again for this forum to respond to these complaints. We do not prescribe to the BBB to make people feel we are "safe" and not a scam. We also know the reputation in the BBB world is one of doubt too. News reports have shown many lawsuits against them for favorable reporting when they are paid these large fees by companies.....it is amazing that these company ratings are A+, even though they show hundreds of complaints. Add up the number of real complaints against my company since 1999. You will be able to count all of them on your two hands.



My company has 5 modes of communication with our customers. For any customer to say they cannot reach us is ridiculous. thefulfillmentcenter@msn.com, tfcarizona@gmail.com , 877-686-8406 Customer Service, 888-797-3131 eFax toll free, online "live" operator at www.tfc2011.com and The Fulfillment Center, PO Box 10, Whitefield, Maine 04353. Email, Mail, Telephone, Fax & Online Operator. If you can't reach us it is because you haven't tried. We have a confirmation response system in place that will notify us when something is received from any of these mediums and it will send a confirmation back to the customer letting them know we have what they sent.



We have a DAILY teaching Newsletter that is sent to every customer....260 days during the year the customer is educated on the entire eBook series they purchased....along with tips to save money, Q&A series to answer hard questions they may have about finance, etc. Our contact information is listed on EVERY one of these as well.
