TrueCredit Before even joining, I saw the problems. RIPOFF! Internet

Because I saw so many "ripoff" reports against TRUECREDIT credit monitoring service, I decided to call them and try and find out what was the problem. I was about to sign up but because so many people complained about the fact that after paying, their accounts were terminated for the frequency of using the service, even though all the advertising says "unlimited." I decided to check it out. First it was next to impossible to find a way to contact them. I finally did (in very small print). When someone finally answered the first thing she said (before even hello) was "social security number?" I explained that I was calling with a few questions and prefered not to give my social, I got real attitude. Finally after asking me, with a very unpleasant manner, my name. etc I asked why so many people complained about having their accounts terminated for accessing their account too often and would she explain the "unlimited access" , there was a pause, and then with a really nasty tone, she said "bye!" and hung up on me. I was shocked but actually grateful because it allowed me to see their "customer service" before signing up. Anyone who uses this company after reading all the reports on this site, including mine, would deserve the problems they would obviously have.
