This company hides its membership if one goes on line to secure a loan and if you do not closely examine where everything has been pre-checked you will automatically sign-up for the company's service.

When canceling your account by calling the 8006859354 they have no problem with canceling the account and refunding your money of $149.95 but they will keep $35.00 as what they call membership fees for processing the account. This is a rip-off of individuals’ monies and the way the company keeps in business. They claim that they are providing a service in allowing you the consumer to be able to re-establish credit.

Also, the company states that they will not be able to refund the monies for seven (7) days after they have confirmation that they were originally paid.  My account was charged on January 8, 2010 and the company states that they cannot refund until verification of the funds have been provided to them, which will be about January 15, 2010.

The company may also be known as USA Platinum.
