Vanilla Visa gift card Fortson Georgia

Very recently, I received a Vanilla Visa gift card for $50.

The same day that it was received, I tried to use it all, and was told that I could only use $40.

The next day, I attempted to use it for the remaining $10, and was told that it was not good for that much. The number immediately was called to find out the remaining funds left, and it was reported as $2. When I immediately tried to use it for that remaining $2, I was told that it would not work for that either.

I just checked the balance and it says that there is $10 left, and the only transaction listed was correct.

Where did all the money go? Why is this card being cranky?
