WAMU (now JP Morngan) WAMU jacked up my interest rate for no reason on my credit card Dallas, Texas

I have a credit card that was at 15.99% interest to begin with. After having an account with them for a couple of years, all the sudden I noticed that the interest rate is now 23.99%.

I emailed them and they said I was sent a letter explaining this and I had the option to "OPT" out. That's utter baloney! No letter was ever sent and after 4 or 5 emails they still will not awswer my question of why.

I've never been late. My credit score is good and I've not been late on a single paymnet with any of my creditors in 10 years! There was no reason to raise it other than to help them not file bankruptsy. Well, that didn't work because JP Morgan just bought them out.

I've been wronged and I would like to get the word out that they are CROOKS! This is legal stealing that is protected by the crappy laws congress has passed.

There is NOTHING we can do about it other than pay it off and not do business with them again. They have the laws made to benifit them.
