Wells Fargo Financial Bank This company is only here to make money. They do not care if they have to cheat, lie, or steal to get it. They have ridiculous policys that they change whenever they feel like it!!! Sioux Falls South Dakota

I want to start from the beginning. I got a loan via Wells Fargo Financial to consolidate some past bills I had. The set up was $35.00 a month and that would be my highest required payment.

I looked at my payment due and it was $74.00!! I thought this is crazy. So I called and customer service of course was rude! They said they had recieved my payment 1 day late and a late fee of $39.00 was added to my account. I know I sent my payment with plenty of time to get there. But instead of fighting about it I just paid it. Because I know I can make mistakes as well.

So I make sure to send my payments 3-4 weeks ahead of time. But my next payment came and it was $74.00 again!! My payment was due the 15th of December and sent it by Nov. 28th. I thought that would be plenty of time. However they still CLAIM they received it late.

Of course by this point I am very upset and unhappy with this company!! So I called customer service and told them I was not paying. They said regardless of how early I send my payment if they do not get it in time I pay $39.00 late charge. Finally I got them to agree to credit my account and the guy told me I would just have to pay my regular monthy payment($35.00). So I send it about 3 weeks early again. Next payment $74.00 for being late again. I called and they said they had got it on time but since I didnt pay the $74.00 on the last bill,I had to pay another $74.00. I tried to express that if my account was credited then my payment would have been $35.00. They did not agree. They said NO MATTER what I was required to pay what was written on the bill they sent me.

So if my bill said 1,000.00 I would be required to pay that even if it was their mistake. Please if you need a loan or and kind of credit dont go through Wells Fargo Financial Bank. PLEASE whatever you do!!! We are going to pay off the loan and never look back. Tell everyone you know as well they nickle and dime you wherever they can. Think about it they late fee is more than my monthly payment. They dont know good business ethics at all. They are not here for the custmer we are there for them to make money.
