AFG Loan Modification January 26/2009AFG collected $3500.00 from me with so many document that I submitted to them.and they promissed me to modify my loan after few phone call that I made I never heard from them. Woodlands Hills California

January 26/2009 I was contacted by company named AFG Loan Modification and they promissed me that they will help me to modify my loan and I was asked to come up with lots of documents such as bank statements,Pay stub,
W2 form from last 3 years and more.After documents submitted they keep asked for more documents and that was a time That started contact to my lender which is B OF A and I was told there is no modification process on my loan and that was a time that I could not contact AFG any more.

AFG collected $3500.00 from me which I paid by credit card.
At this point I am helpless and I do not know where to go for complain!
