I spoke with Prall's former lawyer, who described that they had a falling out and he seemed a little embarrased to be associated with all this mugshot sleaze. He came off as a decent enough west-Texas, Lubbock lawyer-type. He said "As a young lawyer starting out I was just looking for clients who paid their bills, as are all young lawyers starting out."
The lawyers who are propping this up need to be accountable and they are more vulnerable to penalities of law that emphasize ethical conduct as they are accredited by a state board. Please provide any info you can about Centrich's role. Contact the guy on
