Carl Haggerty & Robert Angona / MJG Merchant Capital Group Breach of Contract, Theft of closing deposit, Liars.....total SCAM artist. New York New York

As of this writing Carl Haggerty, who works also for Williamson, Picket, Gross, and Robert Angona have been served with legal notice from our counsel in New York to return the $5000 in deposit they have to this date STOLEN!! If they do determine that it is in their best interest to return the stolen funds, we will let you know.

We have to this point provided Haggerty's company WPG, all of the supporting information regarding this claim. I have personally contacted Mr.Gross with even a copy of the check paid them, and both of the agreements to fund that they breached. He doesn't seem to care that one of his employee's is a Liar & a THIEF. Once he received all of my information we have never heard from him again.

Next step in absence of our funds being returned is Court. I personally believe these guys are both stupid enough to think they might get away with this behavior, but I am here to tell you, I won't let that happen.
