I used to get angry about this guy and all the lies, but I am starting to feel sorry for the guy, I hope somehow you find the strength to get the mental health care you so desperately need, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You have been stalking me for 5 years, opening facebook accounts in my name, email accounts in mt name, sending me little messages just so I know your out there,trying to break into the website of the company I work for and have even posted on rip off report that "you and and other that have (supposedly) been ripped off by me get together and talk about me, so who's the mental case!
I have all the documentation, you see Kurt, every time you log on to the company website and try to break in as an administrator the operating program captures the I.P. address which is linked to your account information and address, for you home and work or where ever you are.
You were arrested for threatening me and my family, it is on public record with  the Cook County courts, you even try to twist this as you had an anger moment. Yet 5 years later you are still stalking me. I have the letters from my attorney that were sent to you about the default for non payment, I have the contract with the $34,000.00 amount of the contract, the pictures of your basement showing the heat runs that were ripped put by you, the pictures of your basement with the framing, insulation, heat work, plumbing,electrical work and drywall and painted walls all completed! Your complaint that I stole $30,000.00 from you is a lie, just like every thing that you post about me. The companies you claim I own are not "other companies"  Plow Guard is not a company it was a product, not snow plowing, TEG was not a company it was a concept/ platform not a company, check the Illinois company registration. The claim that was made on your Rip off report claimed that I have 20 liens on my house by home owners and contractors, that's a lie, it's all lies with you. I will continue to use every forum to do to you, what you have done to me for 5 years
except I will do it legally using the truth. The truth is I have hundreds and hundreds of very satisfied
customers over the past 27 years, I listed about 10% of them on the company website. There are couple of people like you ( 4 or 5) that are not satisfied, but you guys should not have defaulted on you payment obligations. If you weren't dead beats and lived up to your contractual commitment
I would not have stopped working on your project. When you stop posting lies and close the accounts you put in my name, and stop contacting me I will stop putting the things you do for everyone to see. Anybody can come on this website and say whatever they want apparently, lets start seeing some proof, some documentation, some pictures, something credible not some of your made up stuff.

I still have the original contract and drawing showing a kitchenette, pictures showing the shoddy work you left us with, the numerous code violation documents along with corresponding pictures  video and statements from sub-contractors.

I don't know why after all these years of forgetting all about you and moving on with our lives you have suddenly come back and started all this, that ripoff report was from like 5 years ago and your just responding to it now? is it that you have discovered the internet and search engines and your blown away by all the negitative Jeff Fank information out there? and why do you think that its all me? Now as for the serious allegations about me threatening to "RAPE" your girl friend and step-Daughter thats a different matter. I have hired an attorney today and we are taking action against you for those false allegations.

Under the advisement of my lawyer I will not be responding to any more of these rip off report rebuttals. the next time will be face to face in a court room.

You even said in this forum that you and these supposed other past customers have meeting and get together about me. This shows how twisted you really are.

Well Jeff you are going phishing again. You have done this to all of you victims. Meeting with the other victims, you have told us different things.
1) Michelle is you girl friend, Michelle is you wife, Michelle and you have grandkids.
2) You have told victims that Josh (Michelle's son) is in a band called burnt toast, he is a pro wrestler, he is autisist.
3) Your name is Jeffrey Fank, Jeff Adam, and many other forms of Jeffrey Adam Fank. Yes I have seen these names on contracts that you have signed.

Now lets talk about mess that you have left victims in. There are to many to list so here are a few. These victims paid you to do this work and you didn't do it correctly.
1) You were the general contractor and your subcontractor put in 3 different size windows in a room where the windows should have all been the same size. The home owners just put drapes over the windows to cover up the mess that you made. You never came back to fix this. 
2) You had a cement subcontractor lay stamped concrete that cracked in a few weeks then you had a second cement subcontractor to fixed the part that was so bad that it needed to ripped up. The second subcontractor couldn't match the color of the concrete, so the finished producted looks poor. After the subcontractors finish you didn't pay either one even though the homeowner payed you for the job. So both subcontractors put liens on the homeowner. You never came back to correct this issue.
3) You had a subcontractor put in radiant floor heating in the garage and the cement was so watered down that didn't harded correctly.
4) Your subs left foot prints in the concrete. You never came back to fix this.
5) You had a subcontractor to put up dryvit and it was falling off of the house. You never came back to fix this.

There has been at least 3 claims put in against your insurance company for damages to the existing property, when you were the general contractor on the projects. And the insurance company came out to check out the claims like they should. The largest claim they paid out for one of the claims was over $50,000. 
 
When you leave the project you tell people to sue you. Well I was going to sue you and I did talk to 3 high profile contract lawyers that said if we sue him we would win in court because Jeff didn't complete the contract that he signed, but Jeff is a person that would not pay after he lost in court. The lawyers knew this because he has 20+ leins on his house from homeowners and subcontractors that have sued him and won.

If this was Kurt like you said and there is no group like your said, then how do I know about all the info listed above. And there is a lot more then what is above. And if you notice nothing listed above is Kurt's project. So how did Kurt write this.

Yes you, Sue and Steve and your friend Kurt. if you would have made your payment as per the contract, the job would have continued, but you defaulted and decided not to pay what you owed. There is a name for customers like you, there called dead beats.

I dare Jeff to publish the names  for those "Hundreds" of satisfied Customers so we can call to confirm how happy they are with Jeff, I would guess that there are a hand-full of satisfied customers, I'm sure those customers like what they see but there is no doubt that what lies below the surface is substandard.

I also did some checking on the Cook County website And saw where Jeff has been in foreclosure on numerous occasions, If somebody did a little research here it might be discovered that the timing of those foreclosures correspond to one of his victims being ripped off.

1.) find a sucker who needs work done.
2.) get money from that sucker
3.) Find a sub to do a little work
4.) get more money from sucker
5.) do a little more "Work"
6.) don't pay subs, keep all the money from Sucker, use the money to get out of foreclosure
7.) repeat as needed.
