Panalabs RIP OFF,no refunds! Could care less about the fraud they are committing Internet

I ordered a FREE sample of ACAI XS for ONLY shipping and handling charge of $4.95. There was no "small print" on their web site saying I had 15 days to cancel or else I would be chardged the full price of $79.95.Although that's what BRIAN told me when I called the company to complain about being charged 79.95.

I indicated to him that I had tried to call previously but no one ever ANSWERED!!!!!!

He told me he'd refund the $79.95 but that I still owed them $79.95!!!!!

Would NOT listen when I told him there was nothing indicating the 15 day TRIAL period....he told me I was being charged and that was THAT!!!!!

There is no address for them anywhere. Their web site does NOT explain the 15 days cancellation, nor does it even MENTION it!

This company should be closed down and FINED!!!!!
