Order Disney DVD's, recieved e-mail they were back-ordered, but did not know how long before delivery. Ordered through Google Checkout. On January 12, 2009, I e-mailed Google Checkout via Royal Video Entertainment,Inc. that I wished to cancel the order and have been waiting for some kind of answer from them or to see a credit on my credit card statement. As of today, I have not seen or heard anything. Am getting in touch with the authorities as soon as possible on this matter.
