Tim refuses to pay child support even after a contempt order has been placed against him. He has NOT paid since Sept 2005. Claims he doesn't work to the courts and then tells me he works for cash in scrap. The funny thing is he doesn't have to pay that much every month. $225!!!! What a loser. This guy calls every couple of months to talk to his child and then when he does take the child... He does drugs in front of her.

It took the court system 2 years of non payment to file contempt, but wasn't enforced until over a year later. He gets picked up on a bench warrant and then get released on $500 bond. Hopefully he'll get more jail time for being the biggest, useless, loser in the world. And on top of it he should win the "Worst Father" award!

They guy owes $8300 in back support! Pay up!!!

I think it's terrible about dead beat parents. However, I alway have to wonder why did you hook up with him in the first place? I'm sure their were signs in advance. I'm sure people tried to give you good advise prior to your seeing this person. I only hope that your a good parent and that your kids won't make the same poor decisions. That is how to end the cycle of dead beat parents. Don't get involved with losers. Good luck and I hope he gets jail time.
