This company has a very clever way of skimming addition profits by defaulting on shipping to a certain percentage of his customer. I clear expect with the massive increase in complaints that he is getting ready to garb as much money as he cam before he tries to do a disappearing act.

His tactics include tell you its should be there any day, when time gets closer to that of filing for non receipt, he sends out a message saying customs returned it as he had it labeled firearms. Same story that every EBay member I contacted has.

Customs denies returning optical equipment as a firearm that is prohibited.

As you can see in the below url the items are paid for.

This thief took me for a total of 290.75 USD (shipping and handling included)

I will be happy to participate in any lawsuit against this crook.

Our company has never done business with ebay.  We Care Company builds fire safety centers.  We have nothing to do with firearms.  We are located in California, not Canada.  You need to research who you are badmouthing.

There is some irony in both the name of the company and your rebuttal to my complaint. That irony is in the word “Care” because if you cared, you would not have tried to mislead the reader into a false sense of trust.

 

I stand by my original report (maybe try read it one more time) I never said you operated in Canada. I did say it was a transaction in (USD) did say it was on eBay, and did say codyray357 operated there as We Care Company.

 

Check those facts; eBay can confirm the above facts. And if you do care, please read all the facts before submitting that I do not have my facts straight. If you don’t care maybe you need to correct the name of your company accordingly.
