Received email from Brain Host for a Internet  business called Coffeeshop millionaire.  It was a very good video and tempting.  For only $37.00, you get web site and all their help to get buyers for products.  So I signed on w/ hopes of making $$.
But, after you pay $$, you get another video and they want more $$ to get more wonderful help to increase chances to be ahead of other people on Google, ETC.  I declined and relized what they were doing.  Every time you buy something, they tempt you w/ more whisles.  The next day I cancelled everything.
Then I checked my billing statement, they had taken out 213.60 after cancellation. Also, additional $$ was withdrawn from acct. This led to (-) in checking acct.  Called again to get refund and cancell.  Finally after 3 days trying to get my money back they gave less.  They just don't understand the math.  This is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, TO GET YOUR MONEY.  Save your time and money.  This guy made his supposely millions by ripping off people.  I learned a hard experience to invest in what might be a business.  It won't happen again.  Most internet home businesses are scams.  I found lots of them.  Beware!

Refund Policy

AUTHOR: BrainHost - (United States of America)

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with your account. Brain Host is a separate company from Coffee Shop Millionaire. If you are having trouble with something you purchased from them, you will need to contact their support department. We do not send out any promotions for Coffee Shop Millionaire, so I'm not sure what you're referring to about the email from us.

Yes, we do send out additional promotions for related Brain Host products and services after you open an account, but you are not required to purchase them and you can always opt out of our email list if you wish. These are simply upgrades you can add to your account if you choose.

As stated on our website and in our Terms of Service, refunds do not include the domain registration fee. This is because you own your domain name for one year whether or not you keep your hosting account with us. You can use it with another host, sell it, or just let it expire. We cannot take the domain back, and as such the domain registration fee is non-refundable. If you found another discrepancy in your refund amount, please reach out to us and we'll be able to get that taken care of for you. You can reach us using any of the methods below.

AUTHOR: WHEN I WORKED FOR BRAINHOST, I SCAM - (United States of America)

First of all, I would like to say that i am sorry to anyone who reads this has been scammed by Brain Host, or NSA Technologies for that matter.

I used to work for Brain Host some time in the past year (2011) (they have only been open for about a year). Which is about how long NSA Technolgies lasted before it got shut down for doing a very similar thing that Brain Host is doing.

Brain Host or brainhost.com has a very interesting, very ominous company. They do a few basic things that are HIGHLY questionable.

On the surface, Brain Host is a web hosting company. A web hosting company that gets 90% of its customers through referrals.

The referrals come from people who work on the internet that convince people that they have these awesome computer porgrams that can make them some serious amounts of cash, and you don't even have to know anything about computers. As long as you know how to type, is how they put it.

Keep in mind that there are about 500 "affiliates" as they call them, that refer customers to Brain Host. And also note that they ALL have different ways to make money, they are all incredibly similar, but different.

So these "affiliates" collect there 200 dollars, or so, and tell the customer that they are going to be so rich, but first they need to get a website so that they can start making money.

They tell them that they are going to get " a free $2,000 website" and to go to brainhost.com and sign up. There they will get there "Free" website, and they can start making money.

SO, thinking that Brain Host is going to give them a free $2,000 website(they actually build it for 49.95),  they go to the website, and they sign up, by putting there domain name idea in the box. Then it starts asking you which Hosting package you would like to select. 4.95 a month, 5.95 a month, or 6.95 a month.

But wait? Wasn't this free?

Yes the website is free,(Brain Host will build you a  but you still have to pay for web hosting. And it's not cheap. And those monthly charges may actually be 4.95 a month, but what they don't tell you is that it is billed up front for the whole duration of the business relationship.

They proceed anyway and input there Credit Card info, and next thing they know, they are charged upwards of $1,000 dollars. The sign up process is a joke, the sign up actually has you automatically signed up for multiple services, and doesn't tell you that you need to remove them from your order before they are processed.

After you are charged initially, then the website sends you through what is called a sales funnel. Its about 5-6 pages, (depending on whichever bogus promotion is running at the time) and it sells you ridiculous things for your website. Things that can cost up too another $1,000.

Here's the kicker. Those products that they are selling these people, are actually already included in the package that you just purchased. They are selling you things that you already have.

OR

They will sell you Lightning Fast Servers ( false, they are automatically on the same server no matter what package is purchased)

They sell you hits of traffic for your site. Which would be great, but all it is, is they sell your website name to another company and they come and spam your site.

Then once you get done with that bogus sales funnel, you get about a thousand emails from brainhost confusing the ever living crap out of you. You truly can read everything, and not know what you are supposed to do next. So you call brainhost customer support, and you would talk to someone like myself.

You would ask me if this is legit, and how it is that you are going to make money. I would lie to you and tell you that that it was totally legit, and that i have no reason to believe it wouldn't be.

And then i would tell you that you are going to make money putting links up on your website of other website, and you would get commission from sales on that site if the website was originally accessed by the link on your site.

You would think "How brilliant!" I would think " Jeez you are stupid..."

Then i would tell you that your website would be ready in about 3-5 days, and just to sit tight and wait for an email from us. For half of the customers this is were the relationship ended. They never received there free website, so they call and cancel there account and they get about 85% of there initial charge back (they would not give refunds for domain name registration).

At this point most people realized they were being scammed. They wanted a refund from us, and then they want a refund for there original investment with their Affiliate, we would then tell you we don't know anything about this guy that referred you to us.

So these people would be out of options and just have to accept that they just got taken.

Only thing, is that they do, they all work together, but refuse to let the customers know. I have recently learned they they are part of a scammer group known as Ivy Capitol. And they all have bogus names, like old athletes, or old politicians, or movie character, all of which would pop up with something other than themselves when Googled.

Google them, you'll see.

But the people that receive there websites, get the worst quality website you have ever seen. One guy asked for a website about Vegan Diets, and we gave him a website about How to give yourself and Enema at Home. What??!!??!

These people would be led on to think that Brain Host was going to moderate there website, and that the customers wouldn't actually have to do any work except for just  sitting there and watching the cash roll in.

But in reality, once the site was given to them, BrainHost would only help on a limited amount of things.

We would just tell you that it is your responsibility to edit your website and Good Luck!

Then they would call back for a refund, and at this point, they would usually be past the 30 days, and we wouldn't issue them a refund. They are just screwed, and there is nothing they can do about it.

So then they would start receiving email offering people a "Mentor" to help them get there site running properly. It only cost $2,000. Now this wasn't a Brain Host charge, but it no doubt Brain Host isn't getting a kickback from that.

Meanwhile, Brain Host has just taken money from you in multiple ways. Through the Initial registration from you Affiliate, your web hosting, (not to mention the other charges they snuck in to your bill), and your mentor.

Over the past 13- 14 months, they have gained over 125,000 customers. This is how many people are being affected by it.

They are a very smart group of people and they know that they are heavily covered up by not doing the footwork in house.

Stay away from these people, they will scam you.
